o, with the release of Avacyn Restored, Magic gained access to miracles. The cards came across as unique and completely different, but also very powerful. Immediately following the release of Avacyn Restored, the set's Pro Tour was won by a White-Blue Miracle deck. From there, the mechanic took a turn to Legacy, where Brainstorm allows it to be manipulated more. We have not seen all that much from miracles in Standard, though. Sundayss decided to change that on Magic Online.
Sundayss sleeved up a Bant Miracles deck. Similar to the UW Miracles decks we have seen before, the deck uses the likes of Entreat the Angels and Temporal Mastery to gain a huge edge at various points in the game. Terminus, and in this case Day of Judgment, buy the deck plenty of time while it looks to set up a big Entreat the Angels. If you want more removal, Feeling of Dread and Oblivion Ring make for nice complements.
Sundayss was not too keen on relying solely on miracles to win the game, though. In this list, Tamiyo, the Moon Sage and Gideon Jura act as a little bit of extra Planeswalker protection. Thragtusk fills out the win conditions with a solid finisher that also boosts your life total against the aggro decks, providing the deck with even more time. At any point in time, Entreat the Angels can spring off the top of your deck and just end a game, which makes for exciting game play if nothing else!
