oday, I'll be continuing my Gatecrash guilds week with Boros. Unlike with Orzhov, it feels a little wrong to do anything other than mindlessly attack with Boros. There are a lot of ways to do that, but I'm going to try to do it by pushing battalion as much as possible. Most of the best creatures with battalion also happen to be Humans, which invites Champion of the Parish—a card I've had a lot of success with.
Doomed Traveler isn't the most aggressive creature by itself, but it offers a relatively unique kind of staying power that helps us keep our battalion active before Frontline Medic is ready to defend it. With eight 3-power two-drops on top of eight roughly 3-power one-drops, we should easily be aggressive enough to get the opponent in range of our Hellriders and Boros Charms.
