raig Wescoe was the first person who seriously suggested building an Immortal Servitude deck in Standard to me, but he was mostly interested in returning a lot of one-mana Humans with Champion of the Parish to create a huge creature. Since then, many others have suggested Immortal Servitude for two as a combo engine with Blood Artist and Cartel Aristocrat or Bloodthrone Vampire.
Reader "MrPhysics" suggested today's list, and I like what he's done with it. He has Lotleth Troll to potentially discard creatures to speed up his combo, with Snapcaster Mage to help him play a fair game, and he's minimized the cards that are designed to just fill his graveyard, because he doesn't want to fall behind or make himself too vulnerable.
Snapcaster Mage is a little narrow in Game 1, but that's not necessarily that big of a problem, because in Game 1, you usually want to just flash back your Grisly Salvages when you can anyway, and in Game 2, when that won't be as valuable, you have access to a lot more spells.
Also, while it is a seven-mana play, Snapcaster means that Grisly Salvage can potentially find Immortal Servitude, which can be very important.
If you're looking for a fringe combo deck or you just like playing small creatures, this might be a good deck for you to try out.
