We came out to San Francisco two weeks early to test with team ChannelFireball. LSV, PV, Wrapter, Web, Owen Turtenwald, Brian Kibler, Shuhei Nakamura, Martin Juza, Ben Stark, Brad Nelson, Eric Froelich, Lucas Blohon.

How many hours do you spend on Magic Online in an average week?
20-30.

What Standard deck are you playing and why?
Tempered Steel. It attacked the metagame from a good position.

Tempered Steel, we thought it had a good match against other aggro decks and figured it'd be relatively unexpected.

I don't go to FNM anymore, I play online and before tournaments when we meet.

Lately it's been closer to five than anything else, but often none when sets release.

Tempered Steel -- it's the fastest deck by far, so you have to be very good at interacting with it, and coming into this tournament decks were not very good at doing that.

G/W tokens (with Gut Shot). We didn't test Standard a huge amount, and G/W had the best matchups against the known decks.
